Services Provided
Atlantiq AI offers AI automation solutions, including Autonomous Agent Development, Enterprise Consulting, and Chatbot Development. The provision and use of these services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
Amendments General Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms on this site. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.
Account Registration and Use
To access certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
User Conduct
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Intellectual Property and Third-Party Terms
Atlantiq AI ensures that its use of generative AI technologies respects and complies with all third-party terms and conditions, including those from frontier model providers, and will indemnify the Client against any infringement claims.
Pricing and Payment
- We hold the right to cancel the contract with a 7 days notice if payment is not done on time at the end of the month.
- For initial consultation and integration, a one-time fee of $500 is applicable. Refer to the Pricing page for more information.
Liability for Outputs and Indemnification
The Atlantiq AI disclaims liability for any inaccuracies or errors in the output generated by the Customer Service Chatbot but commits to transparency and accuracy to the best of its ability. Atlantiq AI is committed to delivering high-quality AI-driven solutions, and we are proud to state that the output generated by our Customer Service Chatbot achieves an accuracy rate of 96%. This level of accuracy reflects our dedication to excellence and the advanced capabilities of our AI technologies. However, as AI technology continues to evolve, achieving 100% accuracy in all scenarios remains a challenge across the industry. Therefore, Atlantiq AI cannot be held liable for the 4% of instances where inaccuracies may occur. We assure our clients that we continuously strive to improve our technologies and minimize inaccuracies, aiming to provide the most reliable and effective AI solutions available.
Access & Use of Atlantiq AI Services
We grant you and the Users access to the Atlantiq AI services as long as you have no payment arrears, and you and the Users comply with these Terms and Conditions and our Terms of Access. We will work hard to make the Atlantiq AI services available 24/7, with the exception of announced maintenance (downtime) and force majeure situations.
Changes to Service
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our service, and any service or material we provide via the service, in our sole discretion without notice.
Information from you
To provide a relevant, timely and accurate Quote, we need correct and complete information from you. At a minimum you should provide us with the number of Users who need access and will use our Atlantiq AI services. When you alter (specific) information after a Quote is provided, this can have an impact on the Quote we have made. In the unlikely event that we make an obvious mistake in the Quote, we are not obliged to adhere to it. We hope for your understanding in this situation.
Third-Party Services
Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Atlantiq AI. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices f any third-party websites or services.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
- Either party may terminate this Agreement upon 10 days' written notice to the other party for any reason.
- This Contract is in effect for the duration of the agreed work period, with provisions for mutual agreement before termination and prorated compensation in exceptional circumstances.
- Client data will be deleted within 3-5 days upon termination.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Updates & Support & Availability
- We are ready to support you as well as possible with any questions or problems you may have regarding the use of the Atlantiq AI Services.
- Atlantiq AI is not obliged to make backups of the Data available to the User or to you, unless there is a major loss of data and always only to the extent that Atlantiq AI has the back-ups. We assess whether there is a large data loss.
- We regularly update. We do this to correct the mistakes known to us and to make small improvements in the operation of the Atlantiq AI Services.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event will Atlantiq AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
